Came back after 6 years, glad to see that the shop survived the pandemic! The place has since changed a little as the floor tables were being replaced with standard dining tables.
We ordered Soy Marinated Crabs - Ocean Caught (23,000w) and River Caught (12,000w), Tofu Stew (5,000w) and Maekgoli (5,000w). Food comes with complementary sides, rice and miso/soy bean soup. You wouldn’t get this level of freshness and price in Singapore! The service is great too! However, the tofu stew was average and too bland for my liking.
In comparison to what I had 6 years ago…I felt the small portion and quality of sides no longer justify the price (inflation is real). The price doubled over the course of 6 years. But if everywhere else is inflating, I think this is alright?
