Despite the enticing visuals, this was yet another look-better-than-it-tasted dessert. The galaxy exterior was rubber-like, easily removable with an artificial, bizarre flavour that provided no significant contribution apart from its visuals. The interior of chocolate mousse was creamy, luscious but just a run-off-the mill. The thin layer of vanilla sponge was somewhat dry but this was fortunately alleviated by the creamy chocolate mousse. There were also some feuilltine flakes present within the layers that added a pleasant crisp factor. Not for the fussy eaters, but for the superficial eaters 😏
