The pizza crust is made using Neopolitan flour imported from Naples, Campania, Italy, and is custom milled to give an elastic stretchy dough that bakes into a crisp, soft, light pizza crust, with smoky bready sweet sour flavour.

We selected the 14-inch Margherita base, which features fresh crushed tomato sauce, gooey mozzarella cheese, stringy parmesan cheese, and extra virgin olive oil.

Chose several toppings, including a runny egg, bouncy beech and button mushrooms, tender beef meat balls, and soft ricotta cheese.

With the toppings combined, each bite was a delightful burst of vegetal earthy meaty savoury salty eggy sweet cheesy bready sour flavours.
