This is my recommended starter here, which is actually succulent and tender smoked eel chunks mixed with white asparagus, forest mushrooms and those beautiful garlic flowers. What's interesting are the "salty fingers" sprouting out of concoction, they're salty and bitter, balancing the whole dish. It's good!
