The Chefs-On-Show buffet kickstarts their celebration from 20 November where diners can enjoy unlimited servings of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie, seafood on ice, freshly baked pizzas and pastas cooked à la minute. Yum yum! Complementing the spread is a Christmas carvery live station of the traditional whole roasted turkey and honey glazed ham before you have your sweet treats like the white chocolate citrus logcake, sweet raspberry logcake and maple pecan pie.
