Alter Mega Platter ($74)
Feast your eyes on this mega platter featuring grilled ribeye, marinated grilled lamb cutlets, pan-seared salmon, tilapia, chicken breast, mussels, curly fries, corn on the cob, tomatoes on the vine, and an array of sauces. The ribeye was both chewy and succulent, while the lamb had that distinct gamey flavour. Unfortunately, the salmon seemed a tad overcooked, and the tilapia had a hint of fishiness. As for the chicken breast... well, it was just meh. A delightful dish for sharing tho!

Alter Juicy Burger ($25)🍔
This massive brioche burger bun houses a beef patty, cheddar cheese, green coral, tomato, pickled gherkins, all served with cheese sauce and straight-cut fries. The burger impresses with its size, and the patty lives up to its "juicy" name. The overall composition is neat and tasteful.

Tiger Prawn Gambas($26)🦐
Savour the sautéed prawns in buttery garlic and onions, served with zesty mango salsa and a squeeze of lime. Mmm... Yummy.

Crispy Salmon Salad($26)🥗
Dive into a refreshing salad featuring Romaine lettuce, hard-boiled egg, capsicum, lemon dressing, dried oregano, and crispy mini salmon fillet served with a lemon wedge. The crunchiness of the refreshing veggies is a real treat!

Spicy Chicken Pizza($25)🥵
Hold on to your taste buds! This pizza packs a spicy punch, thanks to fiery chili padi toppings. It's spicyyy but also shiok. The generous cheese and chicken toppings balance the heat, creating a delightful twist on a classic pizza.

Tuscan Shrimp Penne($25)🍝
Delight in penne pasta with shrimp, spinach, garlic, onion, and tomatoes, all topped with grilled prawn, nori flakes, parmesan cheese, and parsley. It's fragrant and perfectly al dente, a delightful fusion pasta.

Classic Fish & Chips($27)🐟
This classic features beer-battered tilapia, a traditional salad, straight-cut fries, tartare sauce, and lemon wedges. While the presentation is decent, the fish didn't quite hit the mark in terms of taste. The batter was light, and the fish had a somewhat stale flavour.

Calamari($18)
Beer batter squid rings, serve with tartare sauce and lemon. A small bites to share among friends. It was chewy.
