Salted Egg Mochi and Coconut Softserve ($15)
Seasonal flavour @brotherbirdsg , featuring thai inspired coconut softserve with mochi donuts filled with golden molten salted egg centre and gula melaka drizzle sauce.This is one decadant dessert not to be missed. The mochi balls texture is really soft and chewy but I always found it a tad grainy. Coconut softserve with the gula melaka sauce is always a killer combo!
