Not traditional by any stretch but utterly delicious. Had a nice time at the bar counter watching the pizzaiolas at work.
As my friend likes to say, the cornicione (crust) at Mozza is a work of art, with an extremely puffed and hollow interior and crispy exterior. Good flavor too.
Left - Pizza Aglio Olio
White pizza with garlicky flavors that someone does not overwhelm. Nice robust flavors that are rich yet balanced, with the mozzarella and fontina cheeses accentuated by a hint of chili spice.
Right - Brussels Sprouts Pizza
White pizza that is intensely delicious with the porky and crispy guanciale bacon perfectly complemented by the thinly sliced brussel sprouts. Quite perfect.
