This is a chocoholic’s dream come true, especially if you also love coffee.
Comprising a super gao dark chocolate sorbet, chewy (which quickly turned soggy) brownie chunks, chocolate streusels for crunch and a shard of chocolate "top hat”, the espresso (Dimattina Grande Tazza) added a much needed contrast against all that richness. We found it a little hard to finish halfway through, so make sure you share this with at least one more person.

p.s. If you, like me, were wondering if the top hat is meant to be poured on so it will melt and drape over, it won’t. At least not completely. πŸ˜…
