Was attracted by this stall, not only because there was a pretty long queue, but also because they had these huge earthen pots to cook their herbal soups! They have 30 over types of soups to choose from, and all of them come with a cup of ginseng water to pair.

Enjoyed the Salted Vegetable Duck Soup, it had just the right balance of saltiness and came with lots of soft salted vegetables. Duck meat was not bad in texture as well, though it can be a touch more tender. Will be back to try the Herbal Chicken Soup which seemed super popular.
