Hakka Handmade Abacus Seed
Using Granny’s secret recipe, the dough used for the abacus seeds are handmade using a golden ratio of yam and flour to achieve its unique texture that is soft on the outside yet chewy in the middle.
Shredded mushrooms, dried shrimps (hei bi) and minced pork belly are mixed, giving a textured contrast and umami kick to the dish.

Hokkien Handmade Ngoh Hiang
A dish unique to Hokkien and Teochew. The key difference is the Hokkien do not use yam stuffing in their Ngoh Hiang.
The true test of a good Ngoh Hiang is the medley of juicy and tender minced pork belly, fragrant prawn, crunchy water chestnut wrapped into the fragrant beancurd skin, the rolls are painstakingly handmade one at a time.

Note: Kaki Makan’s Halal version uses chicken to replace all pork item.
