A hidden gem nestled on the second floor of shop houses, Grandma Tang Dessert is a place you might easily overlook while strolling by. But fret not, its vibrant neon signboard will guide you to its entrance.

We indulged in some of their delightful desserts and concluded that this place is a haven for those with a sweet tooth. The desserts were truly a treat, and their signature toast was no exception.

The Mango Sago (RM 9) was a sizable portion, chilled to perfection. While it may appear slightly watery and creamy, the taste was incredibly smooth and pleasant. The mango provided a tangy kick, and the sweetness was just right.

The Beancurd with brown sugar (RM 4.50) was unbelievably wobbly and smooth. With just one scoop, it effortlessly melted in our mouths. The Beancurd itself was plain, but when paired with the brown sugar, the sweetness could be overwhelming. Nevertheless, it complemented the Beancurd beautifully.

Served in a traditional bowl, the Peach Gum and White Fungus (RM 9.50) offered a healthy, less sweet option. It had a pleasant taste that reminded us of our grandmothers' home-cooked desserts.

Now, brace yourself for their sinfully delightful Signature French Toast (RM 6.50). This treat is super duper sweet and utterly indulgent. Each fluffy cube has the power to transport you to dessert heaven in an instant. The toast boasts a perfect crisp on the outside, while the inner part remains delightfully fluffy. The sugary glaze coating adds an extra touch of decadence.
