It is served with a poached egg, ham, spinach, hollandaise sauce on an English muffin. The perfect poached egg had a runny yolk, with a hardening crust and no raw white remaining. I also enjoy having with fresh tomatoes and spinach, it added just as much flavour with added nutrition and just as much taste 😋. This is one of the mains from Ginett’s T.U.F.
