I first tried inthebrickyard's Ondeh Ondeh Cupcake back when they were still an online shop and I loved the intensity of the natural flavours. Glad I finally had the chance to visit their new space and savour their signature again, this time in the form of cake.

The airy cake base is as fragrant as ever, thanks to the naturally perfumed coconut milk (with pandan leaves) incorporated in the batter. The coconut milk-kissed frosting and the splash of gula Melaka in between the layers add extra savoury punches to counter the overall sweetness too. A very unique cake and definitely one of my favourites here. πŸ‘πŸΌ
