With their own sando version, the Ebi Katsu Sando is an open-faced sandwich instead of a neatly wrapped one. First impression was that it looked massive and heavy. Set atop a soft brioche toast, the deep-fried prawn cutlet was thick, crunchy and moist in the center. The tomatoes, cabbage and a drizzle of homemade chilli sauce helped to cut through the richness with a hint of spiciness, and gave it an added texture. Definitely a signature to try!
