Comes with 5 cheeses, 5 cold cuts, 1 pâté.

First of all, for some reason, the ratio of cold cuts to cheese on this platter was 3:1 for each portion. That's sad. I would very much rather have more cheese.

Secondly, the waiter just dropped this on our table and left. Personally, Im usually inquisitive abt my platters. Which is why I would very much rather build my own platters, at places like Providore, Jones the Grocer etc. I honestly believe I am able to appreciate the cheeses more if I am properly introduced to them before I taste them.

Only managed to get the name of one of the cheese because the rind looked foreign (fuzzy grey, green and white) and it tasted intriguing - earthy mildly bitter and nutty. That was Saint Nectaire.

The cold cuts were not great at all. Completely not worth mentioning, 2 of them reminded me of the honey baked ham from supermarket.
