Hong Chang Frog Porridge has an array of seafood dishes in addition to the main thing. We always order the sambal stingray (very good) and gong-gong. Unfortunately the gong-gong this time wasn't very meaty. If this is your first time trying, be warned that it's kinda tasteless. Dip just a bit of their chili, which really packs a punch in the spice level and a good hint of sourness.
