Strange how this carried a completely different description in the display chiller, described as Pandan Kaya Pistachio which was rather off from the flavour stated on the cup itself.

First things first; pretty glad that they now have a display chiller on site where they store all the ice-cream at adequate temperatures as opposed to pre-scoop and pre-packed cups which I had at their Marina Bay Sands branch some time ago; the ice-cream is definitely much smoother and creamier and felt fresher than the icy ones previously. This flavour is pretty heavy on Gula Melaka, evoking much of a Chendol vibe as one starts off and only gradually turns more Kaya-like at half point, coming with zesty bits of citrus-sy zing in between. While it's pretty comforting given the sweetness from the Gula Melaka, the lack of pistachio (be it flavour or texture) definitely seem to detract from the description quite a bit. Still pretty decent at $5 per scoop if you are looking for some interesting flavours (Smoked Vanilla, Rice Lemongrass, Beer Stout with Brown Butter) and willing to fork out a little more for ice-cream in Paragon.
