Since it’s our first time trying, we went with the full works of the Signature All-in-One Combo ($5.50) which comes with mee hoon kway, minced pork, pork slices, pork ball and shrimp ball. The trick is to order the dry version as you will be getting a small bowl of soup by the side. Tossed in a dark soy sauce mixture, which we have tasted the slight wok hei smoky aroma, the al dente hand pulled noodle has the perfect chew and bite to go along the other ingredients. Definitely not your average bowl of mee hoon kway but surely a bowl that is worth checking out.
