Eat, chill and listen to live band at a Taiwanese Bistro. I think we over ordered the food. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜…
Now my tummy very full lah.
Anyway, here what we had...

Taiwanese Ham & Cheese Egg Crepe($9.90)
The standard Taiwanese breakfast to have except we are having it for the night. The thick, fluffly, and slightly crisp crepe was filled with delicate ham, cheese and egg. It was fragant and sinful at the same time.

Jyu Gae Signature 3 Bowls Set($16.90)
Consists of Braised Pork Rice, Oyster Mee Sua and Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken.
Oyster Mee Sua had a good amount vinegary taste and was savoury and starchy. But over time, it will become watery but taste is still there. So better to eat while it's hot.
Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken for the extra itchy mouth bites. We did order another platter of this to munch on.
Braised Pork Rice, sad to say, is a total disappointment. Although the rice is glistening and brimming with braised pork. It doesn't taste as good as it looks. The porky stench and oiliness were high and it will make a person feel instant jelak-ness. Eat with caution, my friend.

Taiwanese Authentic Seafood Tempura($10.90)
Chewy piece of tempura with flavour. First few piece are fine but last few make you erm.. Nvm you can have it. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Cause their portion was kinda big.

Taiwanese Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken($9.90)
Good small piece of deep fried crispy chicken with curry leaves, salt and pepper for taste. Now, refer to the oyster and tell me, which is which.

Deep-fried Fresh Oyster($10.90)
I don't remember which is which apart from them both being batter and fried. Lol. Other than that, these oyster were pretty fresh and yummy. Was kinda surprised by it as you know they do have a certain weird taste.

Fried Taiwanese Milkfish Belly($17.90)
Meaty fish with bones paired with Thai-chilli sauce. Fishy is the taste if eat alone, but that chilli really boosts the appetite of the dull tasting fish.

Deep-fried Crispy Sakura Prawn($11.90)
One of my favourite snack to munch on. Crispy, sweet and savoury small prawns. Crunch, crunch, crunch.

Jyu Gae Hakka Taiwanese Pork Belly($12.90)
Meh... It's nice for a while but after that you just gave up on it. Although the pork had the perfect texture, fattiness and crispy cracking skin but the porky stench is the killer of this dish. Hope they can get a better supplier for it.

Signature Milk Tea($5)
What's a place selling Taiwanese food but without Milk Tea. Of course, you need to paired them up together. The right sweetness, milkiness and tea taste. So satisfying after a meal.

Caramel Milk Tea($5) add Pearl(+$1)
Milk Tea with a toasty flavour.
