Market Grill is great for its grilled meats, and it's one of the best around. But I was surprised they do fried chicken very well too.

This super-sized chicken patty is made using only thigh meat, and justice was done to it by keeping it's interior moist while frying the exterior till crispy. Served with roasted bell peppers, anchovies, capers, garlic, chipotle aioli.
