Chocolate - with Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese) ice cream and amaretto (Italian liqueur) caramel on a bed of chocolate and espresso crumbs. This is my new favourite 😍. I now prefer it to my old favourite, the pavlova. It is so exciting when a new dish creates a wow which surpasses an old favourite!

The pear is another dessert which I like. This is one for those who prefer it less sweet and like the taste of ginger. The ginger flavour in the sauce was quite mild yet distinct enough. I loved it so much that I slurped up every bit of it.

The complimentary Anzac cookies are a perfect way to end the meal. These are the best ones I've had. The savoury flavour of bacon and salted caramel was an amazing contrast to the sweetness of the oat cookies.
