Made available at their newest concept - the Yum Cha Express along Smith Street, the bright yellow kiosk provides some of the restaurant’s signature dim sum items and specials such as their Salted Egg Fish Skin packaged conveniently in a resealable bag - perfect for those who need a quick snack on the go. Though a lighter alternative to those in the market, it isn’t any less addictive with crispy and crunchy battered lancelets added. Freshly produced with none of that greasy aftertaste, the deep fried salmon skins were also nicely seasoned with salted egg yolk and a touch of spice. ($12.80+/ 150g)
