That ignited a craving. So early early I made my way to Holland V. A tremendously popular stall that made a comeback in 2016. So what you see here is a medium portion (comes in S, M & L) with extra order of liver. Light, fluffy and fragrant (abit more aromatic is preferred). Chicken is smooth, tender yet juicy and succulent. Skin is oily and gelatonous which screams collagen. I like to drizzle with the thick sweet black sauce coupled with lotsa chilli and ginger. A complete foodgasm!!
