Not all coffees are the same. Not all coffees taste the same. Not all latteart looks the same.

A good cup of coffee comes from how it is calibrated, how it is being brewed. How hot, how cold, how much water and how much milk. The art on your coffee, no doubt it takes skill and practice to pour beautiful art, it is the taste that takes the top podium.

Calibration, extraction, brewing at the optimal temperature, frothing, skills, patience, determination and passion equals to a perfect cup of coffee.
◾◾
Kudos to the barista for pouring cup after cup after cup whether in good light or bad light or in different surroundings.
