I was a little taken aback when it was served as I'm used to a drier kind of rendang. The first surprise was the beef. So tender and juice and full of flavour. The second surprise was a small bed of crab meat sitting between the beef and linguine. The third surprise was the sauce. Perfection! Huge portion too!
