In takeaway form, they very kindly separated the sauce and oysters from the omelette. Not bad for the small portion. Unlike fried oyster which is cooked flour, this is a more foolproof choice if you want to avoid the starchiness and just want all the egg. However, the chilli is different, with this chilli being on the slightly sweeter and less spicy side. I must say I prefer the chilli for the fried oyster, but I personally enjoyed the combination this gave me as well. Really delicious when you eat it with rice because it’s kind of like a gravy!!😜
