The crowd favourite during our lunch at Montana was this Signature Mac & Cheese Waffle from their new menu. We’ve had their original Mac & Cheese waffle in the past but this rendition outshone the first. Similar ingredients go into this - Jalapeno, truffle oil, Mac & Cheese and mozzarella, but I liked how the cheese flavours here were a lot stronger and if you dig into it hot, you’ll get that nice gooey stretchy cheese on top. Prices here are mostly on the pricier end!
