@pathdining launched their first rice dumpling to celebrate the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival.
Inside a traditional-looking bamboo leaf wrapping non-traditional dumpling of Spanish pork hock stuffed with glutinous rice, porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, Australian abalone, lup cheong and dang gui or angelica sinensis.
The pork hock is tender, served with bouncy abalone, savoury lup Cheong and sweetness of chestnut.
Limited to only 50 pcs, available for dine in or takeaway, from 1-4 June 2022.
