Linguine cooked to an al dente consistency in a spicy creamy sauce that didn't really resemble mee siam but still got enjoyable for fans of spicy food! Missing ingredients here from a typical mee siam:fish cakes, beansprouts and eggs. In replacement, there's grilled prawns, capsicums, chives and lime here. The grilled prawns were well sautéed, plump and juicy with a chargrilled flavour whereas the capsicums added a pleasant crunch factor. The spicy creamy sauce had a significant impact to the palate, with a lingering, tangy note of spiciness that's definitely not suitable for the faint hearted. Nevertheless, it was still a flavourful, fragrant and enjoyable dish for me, as one who adores spicy food. .
