The handcrafted Salted Butterscotch from Merely Ice Cream is simply addictive. Fall in love with the beautiful caramelized and savory tastes achieved from ingredients such as brown sugar, brown butter and sea salt. The sticky consistency and slight chewiness of the ice cream won our hearts. 😍

Just when the intense brown sugary flavour gets to me, I reached for the refreshing Grape Yakult Yogurt which was a great palate cleanser. While it does not stands out like Salted Butterscotch, the familiar grape yakult flavour is very delectable with the right alchemy of sweet and sour notes. 😉
