I remember loving the roasted meat from this store, before they sold the recipe off for $4 million. Now back after their revamp, I'm so glad to say that the quality of the roasts have stayed the same! The juicy roast pork boasts a crispy skin, followed by a succulent layer of fat (so guilty!) and a firm layer of pork. Char siew was fatty as well, and nicely charred.
