Time for a treat😋😋~~@Sakurazakasg, think Japanese shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, and kakigori.

At @sakurazakaSG after cooking the meat on hot stone, you break the Onsen egg and you get a gel like texture egg yolk and you eat the meat with the egg yolk.

The {Ishiyaki and Onsen} at @sakurazakasg left me tongue-tied ~ slices of Iberico pork, Japanese wagyu beef or seafood is served alongside a searing hot stone heated till 140 degrees in the oven so that your thin slices of protein get cooked with a quick swish in under 15 seconds.

Lunch at @sakurazakasg culminates in a smack down with Japanese rice risotto cooked in stock flavored with fatty slices of well-marbled beef, tons of leek and Kurobuta Pork

Throw on some springs onions, toasted sesame seeds and homemade garlic confit for the best of all worlds.
