Instead of the usual noodles, the chef here decides to use Capellini pasta drizzled with truffle and crustacean oil along with tiger prawns served in a casserole. The noodles were soaked with umami flavours from the broth and this has got to be my favourite among all the dishes I tried at QĪN 》$48
