Both the Textures of Dark Chocolate ($22) to Textures of Strawberry ($22) are our favourites of the evening; the former is a Single Plantation 65% Madirofolo dark chocolate mousse layered with sablé and crisp cocoa tuile with a balanced bittersweet flavour, and the latter is served in a goblet of seasonal strawberries with layers of granité and rosé jelly topped with a tangy strawberry sorbet to give a refreshing touch.

The Black Sticky Rice Soufflé ($24) is an interesting dessert to reminisce the Thai mango sticky rice, served with a coconut cream and Alphonso mango ice cream. Lastly, the Lychee & Raspberries ($22) is an intricate piece of a dessert that is shaped in a thin sugar sphere that contains jelly and raspberry chantilly with a side of fresh raspberries and lychee sorbet. This dessert is great as an after-meal treat as it is light and refreshing.
