Mix of all 3

In general all their stuff are very "as-is", no strong marinade or modification; from the satays to the sauce. The mutton isn't v good, it's hard and chewy. Ckn and pork were both tender and there isn't much marination. Sauce was also a lot less processed than most other places. No crispiness at all tho but otherwise it's ok

Guess a certain crowd would love this but I prefer my satay to be strong and indulgent
