This is one of the few local carrot cakes that I would shout-out. Uncle pivoted his job due to covid to sell carrot cake and dayum! His creation of masala with carrot cake is one of the best I have had. Masala isn’t too overpowering, carrot cake are chopped to fine pieces coated with toasty eggs.
