Not Korean Bingsu nor local Ice Kacang but Taiwanese snow ice for a cold, smooth refreshing treat. This place had expanded beyond their usual HK mango pomelo desserts to snow ice too. Black sesame snow ice was a nice alternative to the common gelato, offering a lighter snowy texture while retaining that familiar Asian flavour.
