The [H6] Stir-fried Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk 金沙虾球 / 大えびのサクサク塩卵炒め ($36++) is possibly the best I've ever had! Succulent & crunchy, with the ubiquitous SEY sauce that everyone either loves or is sick of. I LOVED this; the flavour wasn't too overpowering.

Also, even though this was labelled with 1 chilli (symbolizes that it's 小辣 Mildly spicy), I didn't find it spicy at all.
