As an ardent tea lover, I really enjoyed sampling the tea which was prepared and served in various creative ways.  To enrich the tea appreciation experience, the host had taken much effort to craft an interesting tea pairing menu.

For the first course, warm and cold brewed teas were served with an array of sweet and savoury food (Scottish Cheese, Corn Chips, Salami, Baby Corn, Cherry Tomato, Melon and Bacon). The aromatic and intense flavour of the tea was definitely enhanced by the different distinctive tastes of the food served. It was truly a wonderful sensory dining experience in a relaxed setting.
