One of the more popular items on the menu, the siow ba mee ($14) came with crispy griddled pork belly sliced into serving portions. The skin was crispy and meat was pretty flavorful.

Quite an interesting combination, it was definitely the best tasting out of the pastas that we had. Pasta wasn’t overcooked and the sundried tomatoes gave it a nice tartness.

True to its name, the food came flying out, perfect for the busy corporate folk that litter south beach.
