This ham & cheese French toast from the dessert master was a satisfying treat.
With Swiss Gruyere cheese cream and Paris ham, they already sounded impressed. Topped with tasty maple sauce and that fragrant Chantilly cream, savoury and sweet never tasted that good. It was amazing how such a simple dish tasted so extraordinary.
