I don't have much to say except I met @neato.100's amazing baker a long time ago for a coffee dessert story in Simply Her. She blew me away with her tart then, and she's still got the magic - exemplified by this pocket-sized puff absolutely FILLED with creamy, sweet custard with a hint of matcha bitterness to bring you to a state of poignant bliss. It's like that feeling you get when you watch a Studio Gilbi film. My god, it is glorious - all packed into a soft, light shell. I hope she expands her cafe soon! Hahaha! I'm so greedy.
