USHIO Sumiyaki & Sake Bar is located at level 8 of OUE tower, which is within walking distance from Raffles Place MRT station.

UHSIO has indoor & outdoor seatings. Outdoor seating provides excellent view of Marina Bay, a great vantage point on New Year's Fireworks. It truly is a breathtaking view.

The Wasabi Wagyu Steak was cooked to medium rare, so it was tender. The wafu sauce was rather sweet but seems to go quite well with the steak.

Food here is rather Pricey, but the view is fantastic, a great place to hang out with friends for sake with the backdrop of Marina Bay
