From the omnipresent sashimi platter at most premium buffets to pasta selections such as carbonara and spaghetti bolognese, what Colony shines brightly is the grilled options such as chicken roulade coq au vin and steamed sea bass with green dragon vegetables. Even though eating carbs might not be a wise choice to maximise your buffet experience, do not miss out on the Colony Singapore Laksa and leave some stomach space for their desserts and kuehs.
