After learning about VXX Cooperative from Burpple Blog, I was very curious to visit this place and see what they have to offer, but because I already had dinner before visiting, I thought I can just come by for coffee or desserts.
The struggle is real. The Reverse Affogato (S$9.00) appeared to be the most seductive dessert on their menu because of the collaboration with Apiary SG and the use of Nylon Coffee's Seasonal Single Origin Espresso. Other than that, the honeycomb crumble topping just added some texture to the ice cream. And this is a reverse affogato because the ice cream is coffee-flavoured and the liquid is spiced milk.
So for every spoonful of ice cream I scoop into my mouth, there is this mild but pleasant spice taste. Just chillax and immerse in the ambience.
