Also new on the menu at The Masses — the Pan-seared Barramundi would be the safer offering of the lot, featuring elements such as Vegetable Bohemienne, Clams and Fig-infused Clams Jus.

Absolutely in love with the Clams Jus; the lightly savoury jus adequately cuts through the slight fishiness of the Barramundi, while the Barramundi was flaky with a nice, crisp skin over the top. The vegetables on the side helps by creating a crunch, while the clams are pretty fresh. Really loved those slices of onions around; so sweet it's almost fruit-like, yet bearing a crunch and gives the entire dish so much flavour profile — absolutely yummy. A slightly safer, but still satisfying option to go for at The Masses.
