The medium rare steak was uneven across the two servings with one being thinner and more cooked through (would have preferred it more rare) but both were adequately tender and juicy, with extra flavoring and creaminess from the herbed butter. Nicely paired with soft and slightly tangy country sourdough (to cut through the oil), creamy folded eggs, crispy tater tots, and refreshing watercress salad. An overall satisfying and hearty brunch.
