The servings are pretty generous, but I wished that they had used a sturdier sourdough at the bottom of the dish. By the time I got to it, it’s was soggy from the pulled pork and the scrambled eggs. The dish did feel slightly disjointed and could maybe have used a sweet element to bring it all together in my opinion.
