These dressing not only added flavor to the dish and made it very "seafood"-ly.
Even though the lobster was slightly overcooked, the portion was enough to feed one big man.

It was grilled till tender and soft. Just need a few chewing, the squid will fall apart. Just hint of char-ness at the aftertaste made it even more unstoppable. However, I was able to taste the natural sweetness of squid. Best thing is to eat it with ice cold beer.

The skin was thin and crispy. The meat was perfectly protected by the thin layer of batter, keeping it from dying up.
At the start, I thought that the sesame mayo will be too oily and heavy for the chicken. But I was so wrong. The fragrant from the sesame and the hint of sweetness from the mayo made the chicken tasted even better.

So we just have to eat the crackling pork itself.
